All our jewelry is handmade in our workshop and made to order, please allow a production time before shipping.
Standard home delivery with insurance against signature - Colissimo:

- Free from €500 purchase
- 48 hours (working days) after manufacturing
Express home delivery with insurance against signature - Chronopost:
- 22€
- 24 hours if order placed before 12 noon (valid on working days, no shipping on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)
- Against signature
Delivery Europe and the world:
- 4 to 8 working days after manufacturing
- Price calculated at checkout level

The products are delivered to the delivery address you indicated during the ordering process.
The order will be shipped in discreet packaging in which the products will be carefully wrapped in tissue paper. No exterior branding will be visible.
Delivery France and international: Colissimo (delivered within approximately 48 hours, with tracking and insurance)
Absainte disclaims all responsibility for damage caused by postal services to the package. You must check the packages and products upon delivery. We strongly advise you to refuse a damaged or opened package.
If the customer acknowledges receipt, it is up to him to file a complaint with the postal services.
Orders are processed excluding weekends, public holidays and annual holidays.

Late delivery

We invite You to regularly check the tracking of Your order.
Absainte assumes ownership of the products and can dispose of them freely.
Absainte-Paris retains the payments that triggered the manufacturing of the product in the first place, you agree that you will have no recourse to recover any amounts paid or unclaimed products.

Returns and Refunds
In application of the provisions of article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code, You have a period of 7 (seven) clear days from receipt of the products to exercise Your right of withdrawal, without justification or penalties. (with the exception of You covering the return costs).
The refund will be made no later than thirty (30) days following the date on which your right of withdrawal was exercised.
Under article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code, tailor-made products are not subject to the right of return. As a result, products that have been the subject, at your request, of a specific modification (change of size, crystals) cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Beyond the above-mentioned right of withdrawal and up to thirty (30) days after the delivery date (see 3.3.3.), we give you the possibility of returning the products ordered which do not give you complete satisfaction against refund.
Absainte-Paris customer service must be informed of your decision before returning the products to us as well as the reason for return by email:
The return request is only effective from the moment Absainte acknowledges receipt of your return request. The return costs are your responsibility.
Any loss of products during delivery will result in the cancellation of the exchange and the product will remain entirely your responsibility.
The products must be returned in their original packaging (with certificate, box, instructions, etc.) without having been worn or washed. The label must be attached to the product. Upon receipt of the return, We will carry out a verification. Absainte therefore reserves the right to refuse a product considered not to be resalable as is. Thus, items returned incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled will not be taken back under any circumstances.
The right of return within 30 days "satisfied or refunded" no longer applies if it is a second consecutive return under article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code.
Any reimbursement will be made by transfer to your bank account.
Absainte does not make any exchanges unless there is an error on our part, our products are made to order. For a change of model, we invite you to place a new order.
In the presence of an event constituting force majeure, delivery of the product will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure.
In the event that a case of force majeure prevents the delivery of a Product beyond a period of one month from the date of its order, each of the Parties may terminate the contract of sale of the product by letter registered with acknowledgment of receipt sent to the other Party. If applicable, Absainte Paris may not honor the order, and must reimburse the Customer the price of the Product.
