The general conditions of sale apply between the company Absainte-Paris, registered in the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register SIRET: 53371531400030 and any adult natural person (18 years old) who wishes to make a purchase from Absainte-Paris.
Absainte-Paris advises you to carefully read the conditions of use before using the Site and/or placing any order. The simple use of the Site and/or the placing of any order constitutes knowledge and irrevocable agreement on your part of the Contract.

Manufacturing of products
All our products are made by hand in our workshop in Paris.
We attach great importance to the use of exceptional materials to offer quality worthy of our customers. Your satisfaction as well as the excellence of our work have led us to increase the finesse of our products. As a result, all Absainte sets are sold in chains gilded with 24-carat fine gold decorated with crystal pearls.
Custom made and size
Absainte offers a tailor-made service on certain ornaments (on the products mentioned on our site).
Send us your measurements or specify your request (choice of a color of crystals, larger size, etc.) we will carry it out with care and pleasure.
In this case, the price of the item will be increased by 15% followed by a waiting period of 2 to 3 weeks. These modifications are valid only on our site
Price
All prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC).
The shipping price is indicated on our site at the time of ordering depending on each product and the country of destination.
The prices of our products are not negotiable, we strive to charge the fairest prices possible. Our final price is the result of French manufacturing using quality materials.
Payments
Absainte guarantees the security and confidentiality of your transactions.
You can pay for your orders via PayPal.
You pay directly on the banking organization's website and at no time is your bank card number communicated to us
Customs
Customs taxes and other formalities for deliveries outside the European Union are the exclusive responsibility of the customer.
Guarantee
In the event of breakage/incident which is not the consequence of hidden manufacturing defects, we undertake to repair the ornaments for remuneration (15% of the total price of the item).
The repair is carried out subject to validation of the estimate by the owner of the part. This is in no way an insurance or guarantee against faulty handling.
